Our Approach

We invest time and effort to ensure the chosen brand delivers outstanding value to the property. Our independence of the brand enables corporate and hotel executives to challenge the brand in its delivery and tools, as well as allowing us access to best practice that can be applied in similar situations. We rigorously adopt a franchisors brand standards, yet we also customise our approach to service within each business. And, where appropriate, we add our own brands to the hotels.

We build direct relationships with health and fitness club members, restaurant users and conference and banqueting customers. We market hotel services directly to this customer group. For bar & restaurants we will adapt or create guest databases, manage all aspect of marketing & advertising and work closely with the owners ensure building the success of the business within set targets and budgets.

We continually strive to improve the processes utilised by all our managed businesses. Using tried and tested reporting tools, we respond quickly and precisely to changing market conditions. We believe that capital must be invested throughout the life of the business to grow and maintain market share. In essence we offer a full “one stop shop” from aquisions, ground breaking, design & build, through to openings, operations and continuous business monitoring to build and deliver exception successes.
